Beta Egypt was Established in March 1993
Founder
: Eng. Alaa
Fikry.
It was started by Engineering Designing
& Marketing research in 1994 Eng. Alaa Fikry & Co.
starting Misr Italia Co. he was from the board of trustee in
1997 Beta Egypt Began Real Estate Dep. and started the 1st
Project at 1998 this Dep.
Encourage the success of several Projects
( Residential - Commercial - Industrial ) at the new Cities
like ( 10th of Ramadan - 6th of October - Matrouh and Sharm El
Sheikh ) for more info .

At Jan. 2000 the Beta Egypt started it's
own Investment Activities by choosing and selling a special
lands area and established " El Obour Golf House " and resoles
it for Others.
Mission
Providing Luxury residential
units to developing and sharing in real estate market and
studying the needs for the customers and to reach the
optimum satisfaction for the consumers.
